DC Converter Transformer

In 2002, German specialists from Siemens made a survey in HYMW and then accepted us to supply the CTC for ±500kV DC converter transformer cooperated by Siemens and TBEA Shenyang, this transformer was applied to the Three Gorges DC Power Transmission Guiguang I project. HYMW became the first one to produce winding wires for ±500kV DC converter transformers in China.

In 2006, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±500kV DC converter transformers of TBEA Shenyang, firstly localization for uizhou-Guangdong II DC Power Transmission project.

From 2007 to 2008, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±500kV China-Russia Back-to-Back Heihe project of TBEA Shenyang. HYMW realized the first one to produce the linked CTC in China.

In 2008, HYMW supplied the winding wires for Yunnan-Guangdong project of Southern Grid Company. HYMW is the first company to manufacture inner shielding combined CTC in China.

From 2008 to 2009, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±500kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Huliao project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2009, HYMW supplied the winding wire for ±800kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Xiangjiaba project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2009, HYMW supplied the winding wires for DC converter transformers for State Grid Gezhouba- Shanghai project of Tianwei Baobian Transformer.

In 2010, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±660kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Ningdong project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2011, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±800kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Jinping project of TBEA Shenyang, Tianwei Baobian Transformer, and Shandong Power.

In 2011-2012, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±500 kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Qingzang project, Southern Grid Nuozhadu and Xiluodu project and State Grid Gaoling II project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2012-2013, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±800 kV DC converter transformers for Hami-Zhengzhou project of TBEA Shenyang and Shandong Power.

In 2013, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±800 kV DC converter transformers for Xiluodu-Jinhua project of TBEA Shenyang and Shandong Power.

In 2014, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±500 kV DC converter transformers for Southern Grid Jinzhong project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2015, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±800 kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Lingshao project of TBEA Shenyang and Shandong Power.

In 2015, HYMW supplied the winding wires for DC converter transformers for State Grid Xiamen Flexible DC Transformer project of TBEA Shenyang and Shandong Power.

In 2016, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±800 kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Jiuhu project of Xi'an XD Transformer and Shandong Power.

In 2018, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±500 kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Zhangjiakou-Beijing Flexible DC project of Shandong Power.

In 2019, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±500 kV DC converter transformers for Southern Grid Yunnan-Guizhou project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2019, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±800 kV DC converter transformers for Southern Grid Wudongde-Guangdong Guangxi project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2019, HYMW supplied the winding wires for ±400 kV DC converter transformers for State Grid Qinghai-Henan project of XD Changzhou.

AC Transformer

In 2004, HYMW supplied the winding wires for 8 units of 150000kvA/500kv transformers of TBEA Shenyang which were exported to Pakistan at first time.

In 2006, HYMW supplied multiple batches of netting tape CTC for transformers of ABB Hefei Henan Power Plant Project and Baoding Tianwei Baobian Qianan-Datang, Gansu-Datang, and Baogang Power Plant project.

From 2006-2007, HYMW supplied winding wires for YD-4800kVA/800kv testing transformer for China Electric Power Academy of Science Project and Southern State Grid Kunming project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2007, HYMW supplied winding wires for 2 units of DFP-630000kvA/1700kV testing transformers of TBEA Shenyang and TBEA Hengyang.

In 2007, HYMW supplied winding wires for all the units of 750kv transformers for State Grid Xining project of TBEA Shenyang.

From 2008-2009, HYMW supplied winding wires for 750000kvA/500kv three-phase transformers for Changshan Power Station and Jiangsu Taixing project of TBEA Shenyang.

From 2008-2009, HYMW supplied winding wires for 417000kVA/500kv transformers Jiangsu Tianwan Nuclear project of TBEA Shenyang. The DC resistance did not exceed 0.5% of the design value.

In 2009, HYMW produced the 87-strands epoxy ＆ enameled semi-hard netting taped CTC for 780000kVA/220KV transformer Nanjing Xiaguan project of TBEA Shenyang, which is the CTC with the most strands in the world.

In 2010, HYMW supplied winding wires for transformer with split windings SFFPZ-632000kvA/500kV transformer of TBEA Shenyang which was exported to Argentina purchasing by AES Co, USA.

In 2010, HYMW supplied winding wires for 4 units of ODFPS-500000 kVA/750kV transformers State Grid Xinjiang Bayinguole project of TBEA Shenyang.

From 2007-2010, HYMW supplied winding wires for 720000kVA/500kV three-phase transformers for Huaneng Shang'an, Guodian Kangping and Neimeng-Daban project of TBEA Shenyang and Baoding Tianwei Baobian.

From 2010-2013, HYMW supplied winding wires for 500000kVA/765kV transformers for India PGCIL 765kV project of TBEA Shenyang and Baoding Tianwei Baobian.

From 2011 to 2012, HYMW supplied winding wires to TBEA Xinjiang and TBEA India for two units DFP-630000kVA/1700kV testing transformers.

From 2013-2014, HYMW supplied winding wires for PGCIL 500000kVA/765kV project of CG India.

In 2014, HYMW supplied winding wires for 1000000kVA/1000kV transformers for State Grid Huainan-Nanjing-Shanghai Ultra-High Voltage project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2015, HYMW supplied winding wires for 1000000kVA/1000kV transformers for State Grid West of Inner Mongolia to South of Tianjin Ultra-High Voltage project of Xi'an XD Transformer.

In 2016, HYMW supplied winding wires for 1000000kvA/1000kv transformers for State Grid Yuheng-Weifang Ultra-High Voltage project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2017, HYMW supplied winding wires for 1000000k vA/1000kv transformers for State Grid Jiangsu Suzhou station Ultra-High Voltage extension project of TBEA Shenyang.

In 2019, HYMW supplied winding wires for China first three-phase intergration type SFP-1140000/800 transformers for applying 1000MW Units of TBEA Xinjiang.
