In April 2017, Hongyuan provided electromagnetic lines for the Shenyang Substation “Red Yanhe Nuclear Power Project Unit 5-6 Unit” DFP-420000 / 500TH transformer.
 
Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant is located in Hongyanhe Town, Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province. It is the first nuclear power project approved for construction during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period in China. Nuclear power project is the first nuclear power plant in Northeast China.
