The 1000kV ultra-high voltage (UHV) AC power transmission and transformation project that from Yuheng to Weifang is national-class project. The transmission distance is the longest so far in UHV AC projects, and it is the major constituent part of UHV DA and AC frame of North China as it is the only power transmission channel that starting point in Shaanxi to deliver UHV power to the outside. Yuheng to Weifang project crosses Shaanxi,Shanxi, Hebei, and Shandong four provinces, and total investment is 24.2 billions CNY. The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has authorized this project in May 2015, and planned establishment and operation in 2017. Yuheng to Weifang project offers great benefit to economy, society, and environment, and has important significance in exploiting coal-power bases of Shaanxi and Shanxi and encouraging the implement of “west-east power transmission”strategy of China.

HongYuan Company has supplied winding conductors to Shenyang TBEA for 1000000kVA/1000kV transformer of Yuheng to Weifang UHV AC project from September to November in 2015. Meanwhile, HongYuan Company also supplied winding conductors to Shandong Power for 200000kVA/1000kV reactor of Yuheng to Weifang UHV AC project.
