Partial Reinforced Insulation NCTC is on the local positions of top, bottom, side etc. of continuously transposed conductor, in order to add insulating paper in local electrical insulated windings, heat dissipation is done by other surfaces those rest of the paper. The product can be widely used in various voltage classes of alternated current transformer windings, the product has the advantages of lowering current density of wire, decreasing sizes of wire and cushion blocks, improve the factor of space of winding, reduce the volume of transformer, saving fabricating cost etc.; secondly due to the net-bonding, can greatly reduce the thermal resistance, improve the function of heat dissipation of winding. In January 2010, the product began to be used in winding of 380MVA/220kV transformer products of TBEA, and has been used to date and got good feedback from customers. In 2015, CG Company of Indonesia also adopted the product.
