The conductors are mainly used for the coil of large capacity and high voltage transformers.
口 Strengthen the mechanical strength of the coil, increase the short circuit resistance capacity of the transformer.

The product is the winding wire that made up of two or more single sided or double sided epoxy enameled rectangular copper wire by combining, unified packaging and insulating.
Single side epoxy combined conductor can enhance mechanical strength and resistance short-circuit ability of combined wire; saving the cost by reducing insulation thickness and volumes of transformers; in addition, it can reduce eddy losses as a result of decreasing sectional area of single wire; the product also can simplify winding technique of transformer windings.
The product can be widely used in various voltage classes of winding of AC and DC transformer.

Acetal film thickness (mm): general is 0.08 – 0.12. (Can base on requirement of customer)
Single side epoxy enameled film thickness (mm): base on requirement of customer, general is 0.01-0.03mm
Type of insulation: various insulated paper.
Mode of paper-wrap: overlapping winding, interstitial winding, interlock winding and so on, can be negotiated.
Resistivity ρ20 (Ω·mm2/m) ：≤0.017241.
Proof strength of non-proportional Rp0.2（MPa）：80-200. （above 100 MPa is semi-hard wire, suggest do not over 160MPa）.
