HVC360 Enameled Flat Wire High-Voltage Continuous Testing System

The HVC360 enameled flat wire high-voltage continuous testing system uses a high-voltage generator (with test voltages ranging from 0.1 kV to 6 kV) and a set of conductive brushes to achieve 360-degree contact with the enameled coating of the wire during testing. When a defective enameled wire passes through the system, partial discharge occurs. By dynamically measuring changes in the leakage current of the enameled wire, defects and their severity can be accurately monitored and recorded.
